About me
Sometimes change begins where we truly meet ourselves
What has shaped me most is life itself.
Born in the Rhineland and rooted between Bonn and Casablanca, I grew up surrounded by diverse cultural influences. Attending an international school and spending extended time in several countries broadened my perspective from an early age.
I came to understand that while people may think and live differently, their deeper needs are often the same. For me, connection is not an abstract concept — it is something lived and felt.
In my world, opposites are not contradictions. Science and spirituality, sensitivity and strength, analytical thinking and intuition can exist side by side. Human beings are complex — and not meant to fit into rigid categories. For me, psychology is not abstract theory, but lived practice.
I am passionate about supporting people in discovering their potential and bringing it consciously into their lives.
Professional Background
I have worked in various institutions, schools, and universities and bring both educational and advisory experience to my work.
For many years, I worked as a lecturer and teacher, thereby strengthening my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and in a structured way. Alongside my academic work, I founded and led my own language school- a formative experience in which responsibility, leadership and human connection became part of everyday practice.
I studied in Bonn and Paris, completing a Master’s degree in Political Science, Cultural and Linguistic Studies, as well as Art History. I also have a degree as german teacher.
I am currently training in holistic health, expanding my knowledge in this field.
I have completed my training as a psychological counselor at the ils Germany at the Migge Institute.
How I Work
My approach is holistic. Mind, emotions, and body are interconnected.
I combine professional expertise with empathy, analytical clarity with intuitive awareness. I offer guidance and support — sustainable growth unfolds through your own commitment.
Our work together requires a willingness to look inward with honesty, to take responsibility for your personal development, and to actively engage in the process.
Meaningful change happens where openness meets personal accountability.
If you feel it is time to turn toward yourself with honesty, I would be glad to walk part of that path with you.
Personal growth does not arise from degrees alone, but above all from lived experience
Psychology to me, is not abstract theory but lived practice.
It is my passion to support people in recognizing their potential and living it with awareness.
