(General Terms and Conditions – AGB)

§1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements between

Wiam Dine

Psychological Counseling

(hereinafter referred to as “Counselor”) and the clients regarding the provision of psychological online counseling services.

§2 Subject of the Contract

(1) The subject of the agreement is psychological counseling and guidance in personal development processes.

(2) The counseling does not constitute a medical or therapeutic service. No diagnoses are made and no mental illnesses are treated.

(3) Counseling does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

§3 Formation of Contract

(1) A contract is concluded upon agreement and confirmation of an appointment.

(2) A free 30-minutes introductory call serves the purpose of getting to know each other and does not establish any entitlement to further counseling.

(3) Counseling usually begins with a framework of three sessions of 60 minutes each, unless otherwise agreed.

§4 Fees and Payment Terms

(1) The fee is 99 EUR per 50-minutes session.

(2) Within a Package (including 5 sessions) )the total fee amounts to 399 EUR, unless otherwise agreed individually.

(3) Payment is made via bank transfer before the respective session or before the beginning of the agreed counseling package.

(4) According to §19 UStG no VAT is charged.

§5 Appointment Cancellation

(1) Scheduled appointments are binding.

(2) Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

(3) In case of late cancellation or non-attendance, the agreed fee will be charged in full unless the appointment can be reassigned.

§6 Conduct of Online Counseling

(1) Sessions take place online via Zoom.

(2) The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.

(3) Recording of the sessions is not permitted.

§7 Confidentiality

(1) The counselor commits to maintaining confidentiality regarding all information disclosed during counseling sessions.

(2) Statutory disclosure obligations remain unaffected.

§8 Liability

(1) Counseling is a voluntary and self-responsible process.

(2) Liability for damages is excluded unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

(3) Liability for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

§9 Final Provisions

(1) German law applies.

(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
